Key Responsibilities

  • •Support VRF/ductless post-sales product success, including startup, commissioning, and beyond.
  • •Monitor and measure post-sales processes to meet customer needs and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • •Investigate customer concerns, advise corrective action, and communicate with customers and coworkers.
  • •Deliver field training and high-level technical product sales training on installation and troubleshooting for VRF and ductless products.
  • •Administer warranty processes and post-sales ductless business activities, including working with submittals and equipment selections.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation, service and/or troubleshooting experience.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot VRF and ductless products.
  • •Working knowledge of construction systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
  • •Great public speaking and presenting experience.
  • •Must be able to travel throughout the assigned territory and have a valid driver’s license with no major or frequent violations.
