Key Responsibilities

•Partner with product managers, engineers, user researchers, and designers to define and deliver great experiences from initial concept through successful implementation
•Collaborate across teams to ensure design work remains aligned with adjacent products and platform initiatives
•Visualize and prototype solutions at multiple levels of fidelity, from high‑level wireframes to testable, interactive high‑fidelity prototypes
•Rapidly develop and validate experience concepts through internal reviews and direct user feedback
•Facilitate and participate in design thinking workshops, brainstorming sessions, and cross‑functional working sessions

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in user experience design and user research.
•Demonstrated experience designing complex B2B or technical platform products
•Strong understanding of AEC customer workflows and experience designing BIM and 3D applications
•Experience with complex data management concepts and related experience design patterns
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
