Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high customer service on the gym floor, uphold Fitness First brand standards, and provide fitness and motivational support to members.
  • •Ensure safe and effective exercise instruction by assisting members with correction and maximizing workout outcomes.
  • •Deliver high-quality personal training programs and session support, including new member induction sessions.
  • •Complete required certifications and ongoing training (MY ZONE, 6D, RISE) and maintain CPD requirements.
  • •Meet Fitness KPI expectations and complete daily/weekly administrative tasks, including updating sessions and bookings in the Fitness Enterprise System.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary Education (A level or equivalent).
  • •Personal Training Certified (REPS A level) or working towards enrollment.
  • •Knowledge of MY ZONE, including using the belt at least 12 times monthly.
  • •Complete personal training qualification in line with UAEReps requirements.
  • •Maintain REPS certification by completing 10 CPD points per year.
