Key Responsibilities

•Set and evolve a long-term vision and strategy for the Analytics Experiences portfolio, aligning user needs to business objectives.
•Partner with design and engineering to define requirements, craft intuitive interfaces, and ensure cohesive journeys across the platform ecosystem.
•Manage and prioritize initiatives across semantic modeling, IDE-centric inner-loop productivity, and conversational/semantic analytics experiences.
•Partner with engineering on critical architecture decisions to ensure scalability and flexibility while managing technical debt and governance standards.
•Define success metrics, track impact, and drive adoption through documentation, education, and experiments to continuously improve platform capabilities.

Salary: USD 440,000 - 725,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Technical Product Management experience (or equivalent) in complex technical domains, with comfort discussing technical trade-offs and system quality attributes.
•Strong knowledge of modern analytics architectures and data developer tooling, including dbt-based transformation workflows, a governed Semantic Layer, and performant query/visualization experiences.
•Deep familiarity with the practitioner stack: AI-native IDEs and notebooks (Cursor, JupyterLab, VS Code), Python/SQL developer tooling, interactive compute environments, and data quality/observability frameworks.
•Proven track record managing product portfolios in complex technical domains with clear vision and strategy, balancing quick wins with strategic bets.
•Ability to create clear problem statements, drive metrics-driven decisions, and influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on outcomes.
