Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the EMEA procurement platform technology domain end-to-end, including solution design, development oversight, system testing, and controlled implementation.
  • •Set procurement services strategy, roadmap, and architectural direction to deliver funded build and upgrades.
  • •Lead team development and coaching to ensure high-quality, consistent technical delivery.
  • •Drive enhancements and integration initiatives, including requirements definition, design, development oversight, testing/UAT, and production deployment.
  • •Own Coupa product vision/roadmap and functional design support for procure-to-pay modules, configuration documentation, user training, and change request support.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree level education or equivalent vocational/working experience.
  • •Experience as a Technology Implementation lead, Project Manager, or Business Analyst in financial services.
  • •Hands-on understanding of Procure-to-Pay platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or Ivalua) and related integrations.
  • •Experience leading and developing high-performing teams with delivery and performance accountability.
  • •Strong SDLC experience with configuration, development oversight, testing, and substantial procurement/third-party and e-invoicing/source-to-pay exposure.
