  • •Create and review work instructions and standard work documentation to support line function.
  • •Ensure equipment operates at full capacity and produces quality output.
  • •Leverage Lean philosophy to troubleshoot production process issues and develop improvements.
  • •Support Lean initiatives and eliminate internal and supplier nonconformance.
  • •Support prototype builds/production tear downs, perform tests as directed, verify conformance, and produce root-cause failure analysis reports to improve preventive and predictive programs.

Key Requirements
