Manufacturing Engineering Technician - 1st Shift

Support manufacturing and quality engineering processes by creating work instructions and standard documentation, ensuring equipment runs at full capacity, and improving throughput and quality. Apply Lean philosophy to troubleshoot production issues, support Lean initiatives, and eliminate internal and supplier nonconformance. Help resolve quality problems, support prototype builds and production tear downs, perform tests for component approval, and analyze downtime and mean-time-between-repairs to update preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
