Job Summary

Implement and monitor project HSE activities to meet the project HSE plan and HSEMS requirements. Assist with emergency response and evacuation procedures, deliver HSE training (including incident prevention and first aid), and ensure hazards, unsafe conditions, and violations are identified, documented, and addressed. Maintain induction programs, daily tool box talks, inspections, risk assessments, and safety equipment logs while producing daily/weekly/monthly HSE performance reports and supporting incident reporting and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor execution of HSE activities on the project to ensure HSE requirements are met as per the project HSE plan and HSEMS, continually monitoring site activity.
•Assist in developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
•Provide trainings to workers on HSE subjects including incident prevention and first aid, and deliver safety awareness programs.
•Identify hazards and unsafe work conditions daily, raise observation reports, record corrective measures, and report violations with recommendations.
•Develop and communicate written risk assessments, ensure inductions/tool box talks occur, inspect HSE equipment and site tools daily/monthly as required, and provide daily/weekly/monthly HSE performance reports.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years working experience; 3 years relevant experience, with 2 years in GCC as a plus.
•Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
•Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses and developing effective mitigation strategies.
•Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
•ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills; strong communication skills to liaise with management, employees, and external stakeholders.
