  • •Maintain a consolidated, portfolio-wide risk register across categories, including single-source exposures and supplier financial concerns.
  • •Own and continuously improve sourcing playbooks and standards, including RFI/RFQ/AVL qualification, Kraljic frameworks, and supplier scorecards.
  • •Set negotiation governance (deal sign-off thresholds, escalation paths, redline standards) and coach team members on high-stakes supplier contracts.
  • •Prioritize team capacity across spend categories and enforce operational boundaries between strategic sourcing and material planning; represent sourcing in executive reporting and monthly S&OP.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12+ years of strategic sourcing or category management experience, including direct people management within manufacturing or industrial hardware/electrical equipment sectors.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Proven ability to design, implement, and scale sourcing governance, process playbooks, and team development structures.
