Job Summary

Help the TikTok Shop US Operations team drive partner strategy through short-term project work. You’ll organize and analyze operational metrics like partner GMV and seller GMV, create Excel-based dashboards and visualizations, and produce standardized documents and analytical reports. You’ll also develop questionnaires, synthesize collected results, and collaborate with teammates on project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring orderly implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Organize and analyze operational data, including key metrics like partner GMV and seller GMV, and produce detailed operational reports.
•Conduct data collation, tracking, and in-depth analysis for programs; present target progress, key insights, and highlights.
•Create charts and visualizations using Excel and dashboards to support team activity goals.
•Write key internal and external business documents with accurate, standardized content.
•Develop questionnaires, coordinate distribution, and compile and output key information; support project planning and progress follow-up.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above (Marketing, International Business, Business Analysis and related majors preferred).
•Strong data cleansing and analysis skills, with advanced Excel functions for data consolidation, analysis, and visual presentation.
•Excellent writing skills, with the ability to synthesize information and produce well-structured project documents and analytical reports.
•Experience working on cross-functional collaborative projects is preferred.
•Minimum 4 on-site working days per week (5 days preferred), with an internship term of at least 4 months.
