Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning and execution of the organization’s most complex, visible projects or programs in support of evolving software products.
•Partner across functions to prioritize, plan, track and execute complex cross-organizational programs while ensuring high quality outcomes.
•Define software development lifecycle processes and mentor team members to adopt them.
•Mitigate program risks across functions and resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule and quality.
•Drive and track software releases, features and bug fixes, testing, and documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a relevant area and typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
•Proven experience in developing commercial software products using agile development practices.

•Strong ability to define processes that comprise the software development lifecycle and mentor others.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with large-scale systems and metrics reporting.
