Key Responsibilities

  • •Run special projects end-to-end by scoping problems, defining next steps, coordinating stakeholders, and driving initiatives to completion.
  • •Identify and solve bottlenecks within the role’s domain by designing and implementing fixes.
  • •Own the finance workstream, including revenue tracking, KPI dashboards, financial analyses, and investor-report inputs.
  • •Support commercial initiatives with operations and commercial teams, such as upselling motions, pricing analyses, and identifying market opportunities.
  • •Automate manual workflows using AI, no-code tools, and software, and handle operational work needed to deliver outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, VC, operations, or similar demanding environment.
  • •Strong analytical and structured thinking with comfort working with numbers.
  • •Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear priorities and next steps independently.
  • •Hands-on execution and willingness to do operational, unglamorous work.
  • •Strong communication skills in both English and German.
