•Develop and maintain the seasonal buy planning framework, including financial targets, category mix, and phasing by month/week.
•Establish the Open-to-Buy (OTB) plan at category and store cluster levels, ensuring alignment with forecasts, inventory turns, and margin goals.
•Create a store-specific SKU width plan based on store tier, space productivity, and local demand patterns.
•Monitor weekly sales, sell-through, stock cover, and markdown performance; propose corrective actions.
•Consolidate data from POS, inventory, finance, and external benchmarks to produce dashboards and executive summaries.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
