Key Responsibilities

  • •Service assigned top-tier corporate and strategic desk accounts to achieve individual and team targets.
  • •Develop and execute FX and liabilities game plans to grow the treasury sales franchise and meet objectives.
  • •Create FX and interest-rate derivative structures and deliver tailored treasury and liability solutions aligned to client requirements.
  • •Lead complex deal structuring and end-to-end coordination for approvals, execution, documentation, and implementation with stakeholders.
  • •Ensure compliance with dealing room/credit limits and regulatory requirements (including RBI), and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA or CA with 10–15 years of relevant experience in Treasury Sales.
  • •Strong quantitative orientation with deep knowledge of FX, derivatives, and liability products, including pricing and client solutions.
  • •Working understanding of regulatory requirements, dealing room practices, and internal control frameworks.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills with strong analytical ability.
  • •Ability to perform as a senior team player and mentor junior team members.
