Workforce Planning Associate

Own day-to-day resourcing for the practice, including bids, sold work, investment and pre-sales activity. Coordinate supply across onshore, offshore/nearshore and contractors while ensuring demand is qualified and aligned to capacity and career aspirations. Track recruitment demand, manage utilisation and bench, and provide financial forecasting input. Analyze complex data to deliver business insight, maintain governance and compliance across systems, and continuously improve operational processes.
