Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise HVAC Field Technicians supporting commissioning, troubleshooting, repairs, and start-ups for advanced HVAC systems in mission-critical environments.
  • •Train and develop HVAC Field Technicians; provide technical advice and guidance.
  • •Assist with scheduling, organizing, and dispatching HVAC Field Technicians; assist the Service Manager with staffing recommendations.
  • •Maintain vehicles and keep records of service manuals, and schedule and complete repair and maintenance services.
  • •Coordinate with the Project Manager for on-site installations and repairs by reviewing building layouts and coordinating on-site work; evaluate area safety needs and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school with an HVAC certificate, or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • •Minimum five (5) years’ experience in HVAC with systems-level knowledge.
  • •Data center experience preferred, including familiarity with industry-standard L2–L5 project phases.
  • •Working knowledge of HVAC products, systems, electronics, and pneumatic controls.
  • •EPA approved Universal Technician Certification and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
