Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead innovation projects by developing advanced formulation processes and equipment for hydrophobic actives and driving global project teams
  • •Design, adapt, and implement formulation equipment for particle formation and phase separation at small scale
  • •Analyze complex data to identify trends and optimization opportunities, using machine learning for process improvement
  • •Create technical documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, technical specifications, and clear reports and presentations

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable field
  • •At least 5 years’ experience with formulation processes and technologies (e.g., dispersing, crystallizing, emulsifying) and relevant equipment such as high-pressure homogenizers and evaporators
  • •Strong affinity for process modeling and for using artificial intelligence/machine learning to optimize formulation processes
  • •Excellent German and English skills in speaking and writing for work in international teams
  • •Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
