Key Responsibilities

  • •Own MLS onboarding end-to-end as the single point of accountability from deal close to go-live, coordinating kickoff and managing active onboarding cases.
  • •Navigate MLS vendor questionnaires, data license agreements, approvals, fee payments, and act as an authorized signer for Canva across MLS partnerships.
  • •Design and run a repeatable, documented onboarding process that scales with growth in the Real Estate vertical.
  • •Review and manage MLS compliance and audits, including renewals and partnering with finance and legal to maintain compliance gaps.
  • •Identify and stand up new real estate data partnerships to grow Canva’s PropTech partner ecosystem, including representing Canva at industry conferences and events.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working directly with or within MLSs, real estate data providers, or real estate technology companies, with strong industry relationships.
  • •Solid knowledge of US MLS operations, including IDX/VOW licensing, RESO standards, brokerage data release agreements, and related compliance requirements.
  • •Comfort with legal and commercial aspects of MLS partnerships, including representing Canva as an authorized signer in negotiations and onboarding forms.
  • •Experience building or running complex, multi-party workflows (e.g., using Airtable or similar) and turning ambiguity into repeatable processes.
  • •API fluency (REST APIs, AppSDKs, MCPs) and ability to use AI tools beyond chatbots to improve output.
