Key Responsibilities

•Participate in content understanding training and inference architecture design to improve development efficiency, performance, scalability, and stability.
•Build highly available, low-latency content understanding inference architectures for online and offline training and inference.
•Analyze training and inference architecture performance and optimize LLM training/inference efficiency on GPU-based systems.
•Track cutting-edge technologies and applications to drive upgrades to the team’s technical architecture and expand content understanding use cases.
•Collaborate with colleagues to support global users and address challenges from globalized architecture.

Key Requirements

•Final-year graduate with a background in software development or related technical fields such as computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.
•Familiar with designing high-concurrency content processing systems and experience with distributed frameworks such as Flink or Spark and message queues such as Kafka or Pulsar.
•Strong software programming skills with good code design and style, and familiarity with at least one language: C++, Python, or Java.
•Strong interest in large model training, inference, and optimization (relevant experience preferred).
•Preferred: practical experience in content understanding reasoning or streaming data processing and experience with LLM training/inference efficiency and throughput optimization.
