Job Summary

Lead Security Tester / Inbedrijfsteller coordinates, executes and technically leads test and commissioning of security installations. Works with project teams, suppliers and clients to ensure systems meet applicable standards and functional requirements, while supervising testing, FAT/SAT events, and delivering compliant handovers.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and lead the commissioning team on security projects to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries
•Plan and execute functional tests, FAT/SAT tests, and final handovers for security and access control systems
•Analyze and resolve technical issues arising during installation or commissioning
•Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements (e.g., NEN, EN, CCV)
•Collaborate with customers, project management and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and document technical work and test results

•A completed education in elektrotechniek, beveiligingstechniek or a comparable technical field
•Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within security installations and access control
•Deep knowledge of security systems including design, engineering and commissioning

•Excellent communication and leadership skills; willingness to travel to project sites in the Netherlands (Den Helder and Den Haag)
