Job Summary

Lead and scale Voodoo's creative production in China, building and managing local squads of creatives (motion designers, Unity/Cocos developers) and partnering with vendors to drive performance marketing for mobile games. You will implement workflows, optimize creative strategies with data insights, and lead a cross-functional Growth team to maximize product potential.

Key Responsibilities

•Build one or several squads of creative operators (motion designer, unity/cocos developers), tapping into the best local talent pools of the region you will cover
•Prioritize and drive the creative production for multiple games based on product potential and user acquisition strategy
•Identify and partner with local vendors or studios who can produce engaging creatives to support our games portfolio
•Create seamless workflows and processes to ensure production efficiency and highest creative impact on our products
•Analyze creative performance using data-driven insights to refine and optimise strategies, and manage the performance of the external / internal teams you will manage

•Excellent analytical and communication skills
•Having an existing network in mobile gaming creative production is a strong plus
