Construction Project Manager- OAR I- (Anticipated Opening)

Lead and coordinate LAUSD school construction and modernization projects in Los Angeles, overseeing pre-construction through close-out, managing budgets and schedules, liaising with public agencies, architects and contractors to ensure on-time delivery, regulatory compliance, and high performance/sustainability standards. This mid-senior level role requires strong coordination, risk management, and SOX adherence where applicable, with onsite presence.
