Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze business needs and translate requirements into strategic technology solutions supporting P&L control, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • •Oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initiation through implementation—ensuring alignment with BTF guidelines.
  • •Identify and implement process improvements, including data mapping and benefit validation to optimize Product Control functions.
  • •Collaborate with Product Control, Finance and IT teams to ensure project objectives meet operational and transformation needs.
  • •Create detailed project documentation and reporting, including change impacts and benefits, following BTF standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in Product Control within Global Banking and Markets with deep understanding of P&L control, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation, preferably in banking/financial services.
  • •Strong background in business analysis focusing on data mapping, process optimization, and benefit realization.
  • •In-depth understanding of regulatory reporting requirements and their impact on Product Control operations.
  • •Solid understanding of Equities products and markets, including experience supporting Equities trading desks or related functions.
