Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical oversight for design, analysis, and testing of electrical wiring interconnect system components used in aerospace, industrial, and military applications.
  • •Drive product line leadership for change management through engineering Change Orders using Eaton’s Product Lifecycle Management system (Enovia).
  • •Review and provide feedback on engineering deliverables and guide program teams with effective requirements management across the program/product lifecycle.
  • •Provide direct technical support to customers, suppliers, internal manufacturing engineers, and internal sales and marketing teams.
  • •Lead or coach Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations and MRB review of discrepant hardware, including leading implementation of corrective actions and applying Aerospace Common Engineering standards (ACES) within PROLaunch.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or a related engineering field.
  • •Minimum five years of product engineering experience in interconnect product development, analysis, and test (electrical connectors and associated components, cable harnesses, and conduit assemblies).
  • •Experience leading engineering programs, including delegating tasks and coaching peers or junior engineers.
  • •Experience leading failure investigations using formal problem-solving tools such as 8 Disciplines (8D) or RedX, including presenting results to technical leadership.
  • •Experience leading product qualification programs for mechanical and/or electrical products.
