Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, test, and troubleshoot prototypes, subassemblies, and systems including mechanical, electromechanical, and optical components.
  • •Perform system-level tests and functional testing to validate designs and support operational verification.
  • •Assist in developing and refining assembly and manufacturing processes, improving manufacturability and production workflows.
  • •Support first article manufacturing, including design verification and validation, and help transition prototype work to production.
  • •Conduct inspections and quality control, identify and document non-conformances, and support corrective actions; collaborate with suppliers on incoming materials validation.

Salary: USD 41.35 - 54.8 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in an NPI, manufacturing, or assembly technician role.
  • •Hands-on experience assembling and troubleshooting mechanical, electromechanical, and optical systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of GD&T and the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
  • •Experience with manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, injection molding, and precision assembly.
  • •Proficiency using inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, and CMMs) and experience with first article builds and design verification/validation.
