Job Summary

Provide fast, accurate service for client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned funds and records. Deliver a client-focused experience by understanding financial needs and cross-supporting sales and service. Educate customers on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking) and participate in outbound outreach to support offers and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, following internal controls and risk policies.

•Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
