Job Summary

Own the data governance and management capabilities within the Colleague Data Office by designing and optimizing scalable data pipelines and curated datasets. Build dashboards and reporting solutions using SQL, BigQuery, Python, and Power BI, while partnering with product owners and Agile teams to translate business needs into reusable data products. Improve data models, integration, data quality, and operational reliability through monitoring, validation, root-cause analysis, and metadata/lineage practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and curated datasets using Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) capabilities for self-service analytics and enterprise reporting.
•Translate business requirements into reusable data products, semantic datasets, and reporting solutions with Product Owners, Agile teams, and business stakeholders.
•Develop analytical solutions, dashboards, and reporting capabilities using SQL, BigQuery, Python, and Power BI to support decision-making and operational insights.
•Build and maintain data models, transformations, and data integration processes to improve accessibility, consistency, and usability of enterprise data.
