Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, facilitating courteous conversation, and completing complex and standardized transactions while uncovering needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members.
  • •Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to client needs.
  • •Handle new account openings and problem resolution as secondary contact while adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.

Key Requirements
