Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of UI/UX design development experience, including 5+ years in a Human-Centered Design role supporting enterprise or government applications.
  • •Proficiency in Agile/SAFe delivery and integrating iterative design into the product lifecycle.
  • •Expertise in usability testing methods such as heuristic evaluations, card sorting, and A/B testing.
  • •Strong front-end development skills with React, including building reusable functional components and responsive interfaces.
  • •Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3 (including Sass) and JavaScript/TypeScript, plus hands-on experience with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility compliance.
