Join the Programme Advisory Programme Integration Consents team supporting Nationally Significant Infrastructure projects across pre- and post-consent stages. You’ll work in integrated teams to deliver client deliverables, lead consents leadership and management, manage client relationships, and help develop bid proposals and business development opportunities. The role also involves mentoring others and contributing to programme integration products and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Work as part of an integrated project team to deliver client deliverables for Nationally Significant Infrastructure projects across pre- and post-consent stages.
•Provide consents leadership and management, including consent production and delivery, environment impact assessments, consultation/stakeholder engagement, and strategic advisory/assurance.
•Manage client relationships and contribute to identifying and realizing business development opportunities.
•Lead or contribute to bid proposals and manage key bids.
•Lead internal initiatives (e.g., programme integration products and methodologies) and mentor/manage team members, including line managing junior staff where applicable.

Key Requirements

•BSc/MSc in an appropriate degree.
•Excellent knowledge and practical experience of the consents process lifecycle from pre to post consent.
•Demonstrable technical understanding of consents strategy and consenting routes (e.g., DCO, TWAO, Hybrid Bill).
•Experience coordinating approvals and notifications, managing consent management plans/strategies, and liaising with stakeholders.
•Experience working in or with a consulting environment and a track record delivering tangible outcomes on complex projects.
