Job Summary

Serve as a trusted, client-first advisor in a KeyBank branch by uncovering customer financial needs through in-person conversations and proactive calling. Build and deepen relationships to attract new clients and expand accounts, advising on financial wellness opportunities. Meet individual activity and sales goals while opening consumer and business accounts and supporting branch operations. Ensure compliance with operational and security procedures and participate in branch huddles and debriefs.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients in deeper conversations in person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities.
•Build and deepen relationships to attract new clients and expand accounts based on clients’ financial goals.
•Open and manage personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions.
•Support branch operations, assist with teller line client transactions as needed, participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, and work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•Minimum 1 year of experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience more important than financial services experience).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
