Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee Regulatory & Governance Leadership, acting as the senior executive and point of accountability with US regulators and banking partners, coordinating with group leadership on regulatory matters.
•Develop and coach the senior leadership team, setting objectives and accountability; ensure audit-ready documentation and escalation channels to the local Board.
•Own the US operating model, local strategy, and execution roadmap across payments, money transmission, and digital asset activities, translating global strategies into US roadmaps with regulatory alignment.
•Oversee Financial and Business Management, including P&L, licensing strategy, vendor contracts, and reporting to the Board and investors.
•Lead Licensing & Expansion efforts, building auditable playbooks for regulatory submissions and ensuring readiness for inspections and regulatory growth.

Key Requirements

•U.S. residency and permanent work eligibility.
•6+ years leadership experience in fintech/payments or regulated financial services, with experience launching or scaling a US money transmitter or a closely related business.
•Strong background in money transmission, remittances, payment processing, e-wallets, crypto, and/or similar businesses where funds movement and licensing are core.
•Prior experience with U.S. state regulators and/or federal regulators on licensing, exams, and ongoing supervision is strongly preferred.
•CEO/COO/General Manager-type leadership with P&L responsibility and success scaling a regulated financial or payments business.
