Job Summary

Lead managed services pursuits end-to-end—from qualification and pricing through RFP responses, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure—for complex, multi-national clients. Combine deal management leadership with technical solution architecture, designing scalable end-to-end solutions using HP and third-party components. Coordinate cross-functional pursuit teams, develop business cases and value propositions, document assumptions and risks, and drive customer satisfaction through delivery on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the end-to-end sales process for managed services opportunities, including qualification, strategy, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.
•Develop and present business cases and value propositions for customers.
•Coordinate and lead cross-functional pursuit teams, owning the pursuit project plan from assessment through delivery requirements.
•Architect competitive, scalable end-to-end solutions aligned with customer requirements using HP and third-party portfolio components.
•Lead consultative selling and contract negotiations to drive customer satisfaction and achieve deal outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or demonstrated equivalent competence.
•4–6 years of experience in managed services, sales, technical sales, or consultative selling.
•Experience leading virtual teams and working with multi-national clients.
•Industry experience in managed print or related services is desirable.
•Strong knowledge of sales and delivery processes for managed services, including the managed services portfolio.
