Key Responsibilities

  • •Directs maintenance personnel to ensure all systems operate at peak to meet production schedules, quality, costs and priorities
  • •Develops preventative maintenance procedures to extend equipment life and reduce downtime
  • •Coordinates and supervises corrective and preventive maintenance per procedures and financial considerations
  • •Provides maintenance training and supports safety programs and 9-key element process implementation
  • •Lead projects to improve line performance and plant outcomes (OEE, UPL, reliability) and support KHMS initiatives

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related Technical field is strongly preferred
  • •Minimum of 1-5 years of related leadership experience in a Manufacturing environment is required
  • •Must be familiar with maintenance management system operations
  • •Experience implementing and maintaining TPM Systems is strongly preferred
  • •Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and utility systems including ammonia refrigeration and boiler systems is a plus
