Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Legal Counsel with drafting and reviewing client contracts and legal documents for technology and media services.
  • •Review and draft supplier/third-party contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • •Communicate with suppliers to address queries and support negotiation processes.
  • •Support the legal team with research, analysis, and coordination between legal and cross-functional departments.
  • •Configure and manage the Ironclad contract management platform, optimize workflows, and train users on effective utilization.

Key Requirements

  • •LLB/LLM graduate or equivalent (ideally currently pursuing SQE/LPC).
  • •Experience with contract management platforms, particularly Ironclad (plus).
  • •Proven legal document drafting experience preferred, or strong academic background and commercial awareness.

  • •Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
