Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and direct preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • •Supervise minor repairs and defects handling; execute renovations to meet delivery timelines.
  • •Monitor maintenance/repair defect issues to achieve minor or zero re-works and ensure rapid on-call responses.
  • •Maintain organized maintenance records (dates, times, locations, materials, causes, expenditures) for auditing.
  • •Lead engineering evaluations for upgrades and oversee maintenance goal setting, scheduling, performance management, and staff training/coaching.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years total experience, including 5 years on the job and 3 years in GCC.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • •Knowledge of building facility maintenance (construction, electrical, plumbing, painting, mechanical).
  • •Knowledge of local codes and regulations and maintenance methods/equipment.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills.
