Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, lead, and ensure the HSES Management System aligns with corporate, legislative, and client requirements.
  • •Develop and implement integrated HSES risk management, plans, procedures, and instructions as required by contract.
  • •Manage HSES matters, including KPI establishment and monitoring, internal/external audits, compliance assurance, and subcontractor/vendor pre-qualification and bid evaluation.
  • •Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, maintain HSES action closeouts, and develop emergency procedures.
  • •Supervise HSES personnel and coordinate project HSES activities, including tender support and client interface as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent education and experience) in an HSES-related field.
  • •7–8 years of HSE experience within the energy industry.
  • •NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Trained and experienced ISO standards lead auditor (9001, 14001, or 45001).
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and other relevant online applications, with excellent written and verbal communication.
