Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a crew providing slickline services in a geographic area under general supervision.
  • •Consult with customers on products and services, promote customer relations at the well site, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Review job design and confirm job packets, equipment, and downhole tools are ready and correct before execution.
  • •Perform onsite emergency unit/equipment maintenance as needed and ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • •Train service operators and assistants, conduct wellsite HSE activities and documentation, and participate in post-job reviews and quality improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • •Must have a Class 5 driver’s license and be able to provide a copy of the driver’s abstract.
  • •Minimum of 3 years experience operating a slickline unit.
  • •Must be able to pass a CAPP medical assessment to work offshore.
  • •Technical knowledge related to slickline products, services, processes, and documentation, including experience with gas lift valves, braided line, grease injection, high-deviation wells, and wireline fishing operations.
