Field Technician I - CLEVELAND, OH

Install, provision, test, and maintain fiber and network equipment, supporting DS0 through OC192 services. Troubleshoot network problems, remove and replace defective modules, and assist in restoration during service interruptions. Perform asset management, inventory and materials coordination, and level 1 preventive maintenance on network and critical infrastructure (including HVAC and DC power). Maintain installation records and trouble-ticket logs, and learn required systems and applications while rotating on-call.
