Employee Relations Officer (QA)

Facilitate positive employee relationships by implementing and enforcing employee policies and procedures, handling grievances and conflicts, and supporting employee engagement and morale. Provide guidance to employees and management on employment law and company policy matters, maintain employee records, and execute HR service transactions such as onboarding, offboarding, leave approvals, ticketing, and reimbursements. Ensure compliance with relevant HSE and QM policies while supporting incident reporting and resolution.
