Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and replenishment
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by managing recovery, restock/destock, and visual changes aligned to Visual Manager directives
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management using payroll management and adapting zones based on business needs
  • •Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities through product placement, outfitting, and stock levels
  • •Partner with Operations & Visual Manager and lead associates through coaching, feedback, recruitment, and performance evaluation
