Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee multidisciplinary design teams to deliver integrated civil design products for dams, levees, hydropower facilities, and related infrastructure.
•Coordinate civil and geotechnical design plans, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and consistency across disciplines and project deliverables.
•Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, and technical deliverables, including submittals, reviews, and QA/QC.
•Perform and support dam safety analyses, site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation planning as part of modernization initiatives.
•Prepare and communicate technical reports, calculations, drawings, and presentations to clients and regulatory agencies.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 98,300 - 175,230 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with a focus in Water Resources or closely related discipline
•Professional Engineer (PE) license required
•6 to 10 years of relevant water resources/civil engineering experience
•Strong knowledge of civil and geotechnical engineering principles as applied to dams, levees, hydropower facilities and related infrastructure
•Excellent communication and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, regulators, and stakeholders
