Job Summary

Support the branch’s asset business by serving as a subject matter expert for asset product applications (e.g., mortgages, personal loans, loans against securities) sourced by relationship managers. Provide back-end end-to-end processing support through disbursal, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, monitor application status, and coach RMs to improve activation while ensuring strong control, AML and sanctions compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for asset product disbursals of the branch and direct accountability for branch assets disbursals.
•Provide back-end support to branch relationship managers across the end-to-end sourcing-to-disbursal process for asset applications.
•Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., risk teams and external parties) and monitor the status of logged applications.
•Deliver developmental coaching to branch relationship managers and identify cross-sell opportunities for other product lines to refer to RMs.
•Ensure operational effectiveness and control, including AML/sanctions compliance, fraud control, training completion, due diligence, and timely escalation/reporting of control issues and risks.

Key Requirements

•Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience.
•Proven adherence to controls and compliance with no significant breaches.
•In-depth understanding of the bank’s assets sourcing and disbursal process.
•Market/competition product knowledge for asset products.
•Organizing and problem-solving skills.
