Key Responsibilities

  • •Spares engineering lead to plan, execute, and manage programs across spares initiatives for cost, productivity, quality, and test wafer management.
  • •Analyze metrics and demand trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive corrective actions for process gaps and bottlenecks.
  • •Coordinate test wafer planning processes aligned with engineering demand and capacity; monitor utilization and recommend actions to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • •Ensure documentation, traceability, and compliance for test wafer transactions and usage records.
  • •Support technical aspects for spares-related issues, collaborate with suppliers, and lead global strategy/category activities (e.g., lifetime, CCRR, alternate source, consumption reduction).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related) or equivalent engineering training/certification.
  • •~6 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Demonstrated experience in engineering program management or productivity-related initiatives.
  • •Strong understanding of productivity concepts and demand planning principles, plus familiarity with semiconductor wafer processes and test wafer usage protocols.
  • •Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally as business needs require.
