Key Responsibilities

•Perform conceptual, FEED, studies, and detailed analyses and design per design basis, project specifications, and standards
•Direct engineering team as a Project Coordinator on small projects
•Apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and nonstandard situations
•Prepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses including design reports and procedures
•Manage time to meet deadlines and budgets and develop short-term work plans in own area

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
•8-15 years of experience in oil and gas with a major contractor or consultant predominantly performing construction and installation design
•Strong working knowledge of design techniques and analysis methods, and detailed knowledge of applicable standards, codes and guidelines for onshore and offshore construction
•Preferably Registered Professional Engineer or member of a professional engineering society
•Experience leading or coordinating engineering teams on medium to large projects, with ability to manage time and budgets effectively
