Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for mortar mixing & batching systems, liquid production/dosing systems, and automatic filling machines.
  • •Provide technical day-to-day support to production and QC teams, including troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and basic PLC issues; support installation and commissioning.
  • •Oversee maintenance of factory and office facilities and utilities (air compressor, water, electrical systems) to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • •Supervise maintenance technicians and external contractors: assign daily tasks, control work quality, and coach/training while enforcing safety and performance standards.
  • •Ensure maintenance safety and compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental standards; manage spare parts inventory and maintain maintenance logs and monthly reports with KPIs and root-cause actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
  • •3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, including mixing systems (powder/liquid).
  • •Experience with production or filling equipment (semi-auto/auto filling machines preferred).
  • •Basic PLC knowledge is advantageous.
  • •Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
