Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct project activities to deliver accomplishments across plant/process facility design, pipeline work, construction, and operations/maintenance, including measurement, regulation, and control systems.
  • •Lead project planning and execution: scoping, resourcing/staffing, subcontract and procurement management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and schedule/cost/scope control.
  • •Develop risk analysis and simulation models (including Monte Carlo) and build project execution plans with contingency strategies.
  • •Manage scope using change management procedures and monthly progress reports, including process safety reviews associated with MOC.
  • •Build and lead high-performing teams, manage stakeholder relationships and right-of-way/easement reviews, and communicate with internal/external partners and vendors/contractors/customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or a closely related field.
  • •Typically 7+ years of experience in engineering, operations and/or project management.
  • •Knowledge of processing facilities and pipeline projects across design, construction, operation, and maintenance.
  • •Experience across advanced project management phases including scoping, estimating, scheduling, contracting, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, budgeting, financial analyses, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Experience using project management tools/software (Microsoft required; PROCORE preferred).
