Job Summary

Perform system-level and board-level failure analysis for data center CPU/GPU products, including returns and field failures. Conduct system-level testing to reproduce reported issues, run board power-up and functional tests, and partner with ASIC teams for root-cause investigations. Improve test coverage and debug efficiency, prototype new failure-analysis tools, and document corrective actions for both internal and customer communication. Own platform screening programs and support server-rack-level test infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform system-level and board-level Failure Analysis for data center CPU/GPU products, covering customer returns and field failures.
•Conduct System-Level Test (SLT) to duplicate reported failures and isolate the cause of failure.
•Run board power-up and functional tests to isolate board or component-level failures.
•Collaborate with ASIC Engineering teams for GPU ASIC/die-level investigations, fault isolation, and root cause analysis.
•Document findings and corrective actions, drive test coverage improvements, and innovate/evaluate new failure-analysis tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 92,400 - 132,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong silicon or board-level debug or Failure Analysis knowledge.
•Excellent skill in code development and familiarity with Linux and modern software tools/benchmarks for development.
•Understanding of GPU or x86 architecture knowledge (preferred).
•Knowledge or experience with server or data center hardware/platform (plus).
•Experience programming with C++, C#, Python, HTML, or JAVA.
