Senior Manager - Interior Design

Oversee interior design across real estate projects to ensure quality, design intent, and alignment with DHRE design guidelines. Review consultant interior design packages for technical and commercial compliance, manage design briefs, and lead value engineering to meet target budgets. Lead end-to-end design activities—design, procurement, consultant appointment, and execution—while managing consultants, mitigating risks, informing senior management, and staying current on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
