Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the interior design process to ensure projects adhere to DHRE design guidelines and protect design intent.
  • •Review interior design packages and submissions for technical and commercial compliance during the design stage.
  • •Lead value engineering exercises to achieve target budgets while maintaining technical and commercial requirements.
  • •Lead and manage design activities including designing, procurement, consultant appointment, and project execution to meet approved objectives.
  • •Manage consultants and stakeholders, mitigate risks, provide regular updates on status/risks/feasibility, and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years’ experience in real estate/design consultancy managing interior design.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture; Master’s preferred.
  • •International certification in Interior Design / LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Associate Professional) (preferred).
  • •Excellent knowledge of real estate development processes and industry standards.
  • •Experience managing design teams across concept, development, and implementation phases and coordinating with architecture, structural, MEP disciplines.
