Lead day-to-day store and department execution as part of the Catania C.C. Sicilia team. •Manage store floor coverage across key product categories (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection).
•Monitor and manage qualitative/quantitative KPIs and omnichannel services (Sephora+, Click & collect, app download) to drive performance.
•Lead and develop the department team by coaching, training, resolving disputes, and communicating daily/monthly objectives.
•Ensure quality standards and guarantee the best customer journey while deploying company procedures (rules, security) and commercial policies (prices, promotions, communication).
•Organize and plan Booxi platform activities and coordinate with Trade & Communication for in-store events (masterclasses and Digiclass).

Key Requirements

•3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational retail environments.
•Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
•Strong business and goals orientation.
•Professional English knowledge.
•Relationships management, with strong analysis and reporting skills.
