Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead data center due diligence, planning, and design teams to deliver projects that meet client requirements, schedule, and quality targets.
  • •Oversee civil design disciplines including prototype development, test fitting, mass grading, stormwater management, utility prepositioning, and on-/off-site roadways.
  • •Develop and enforce multi-site project and program management plans.
  • •Host and attend client and stakeholder meetings; proactively manage and communicate change and resolve outstanding issues.
  • •Develop technical and financial proposals and build trusting relationships with clients and sub/partner consultants, while coaching junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering plus eight (8) years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
  • •Demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • •Ability to lead in dynamic, time-sensitive situations with minimal oversight and mentor junior staff.
